1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: onions 1 large (finely chopped)
3: coriander seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
4: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
5: salt 1 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
7: dry pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
8: baking soda 1/4 tsp
9: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)
10: corn meal 4 tbsp
11: gram flour 2 tbsp
12: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
13: tomatoes 2 small (deseeded and cut in cubes)
14: eggs 2
15: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
1: mix all the ingredient with the mince.
2: heat a pan with 4 to 5 tbsp oil.
3: grease your palms and make the shape you like.
4: fry the chapli kabab on medium flame till golden on both sides.
5: serve hot with onion rings, chutney and naan.
