1: oil 3 tbsp
2: onion 1 medum (finely chopped)
3: green chilli 5 to 10 ( finely chopped )
4: boneless chicken 1/2 kg ( boiled with ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp and then shredded )
5: potatoes 400g ( boiled & mashed )
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
8: chaat masala 1 tbsp
9: mint chutney 3 tbsp (homemade mint chutney link under the video)
To Assemble Sandwiches:
1: bread slices ( as many required )
2: mint chutney
3: cheddar cheese
4: cucumber slices (finely sliced)
5: onion rings (finely sliced)
6: mayonnaise
7: you can use ketchup as well
1: heat oil add onion, green chilli and fry till the onion gets soft, on high flame.
2: boil the chicken with salt, ginger & garlic paste and then once tender shred the chicken.
3: add the boiled chicken, with the onions and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
4: then add the potatoes, salt, crushed red chilli, chaat masala, mint chutney mix well on medium heat till the mixture have no moisture.
5: place bread slices and spread mint chutney, chicken mixture, cucumber, onion, cheese, mayonnaise on the other slice, cover.
6: you can serve the sandwiches cold or warm as shown in the video.
NOTE: you store the mixture in an air tight container for 4 to 5 days.
