Ingerdients:
1: tomatoes 6 (skin off and grind)
2: onions 3 large (chopped)
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: water 1 cup
To Marinate Chicken:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: yogurt 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: carom seeds 1/2 tsp (heaped) (ajwain)
2: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed heaped)
3: turmeric 1/2 tsp
4: red chili powder 2 tsp
5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: oil 3/4 cup
7: Bullit green chili 5 (cut in 4)
8: lemon juice 2 tbsp
9: coal to smoke the curry
10: fresh coriander handful
11: cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: in a handi add tomatoes, onions, ginger & garlic paste, water, and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
2: marinate chicken with yogurt and keep aside for 20 minutes.
3: now add the chicken mix well.
4: then add carom seeds, cumin, turmeric, red chili, salt cover, and cook on low to medium flame till the water is almost dried.
5: add the oil and cook on high flame till the oil separates.
6: now add Bullit green chili, lemon juice, fresh coriander mix well, and then place the hot coals shown In the video.
7: add the cheddar cheese mix well.
8: Served hot with naan, roti.
