1: chick peas 400g cans (2 cans drained)
2: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
3: bell pepper 1 medium (deseeded and finely chopped)
4: gram flour 4 tbsp
5: bullet green chilli 4 (finely chopped)
6: tomato 1 medium (deseeded and finely chopped)
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp
8: garam masala powder 1 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: salt 1 tsp
11: egg 1
12: fresh mint 2 tbsp
13: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
14: oil fry frying
1: mash the chick peas with a folk.
2: now add all the ingredients mix well.
3: grease your palms lightly with oil, make round flat shape kebabs.
4: heat oil and fry the kebabs till golden on both sides, on high flame, then keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: sprinkle chaat masala powder.
6: serve hot.
