Ingerdients:
1: rice 4 glass
2: onion 1 large (sliced)
3: achar 2 tbs(mix pickle)
4: ginger & garlic paste 1&1/2 tbs
5: cumin seeds 1 tsp
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: chick peas 4 cans (keep the can water)
10: oil 1 cup
11: green chilli 4
Recipe:
1: heat oil add the onion, ginger & garlic, cumin and fry till golden on high flame.
2: now add the spices, chick peas and the can water mix well and wait for a boil.
3: then add the pickle mix well add the washed rice, water 1&1/2 large glass mix and cook on high flame coverd.
4: when the water dries completely add green chilli cover the lid with a tea towel and place it on the pot and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
5: serve hot.
