Bread Homemade
Ingerdients:
- plain flour 1/2 kg
- whole milk 1/2 cup
- warm water (as required to make dough)
- egg 1
- suger 1tbs
- instant yeast 1 1/2 ts
- salt 1/2 ts
- oil 1/4 cup
Recipe:
- in a large bowl add flour, salt, sugar and instant yeast mix well.
- then add in the egg, oil, milk mix it with the help of your hands and keep adding the water slowly to form a soft dough.
- it will be sticking to your hands but that is what is required, then dust flour on the working surface and add the dough and knead it with your palms ( check the video for the kneading).for 5 min.
- grease a bowl and place the dough in it & also grease the top of the dough, cover and keep it till it doubles in size, (time varies).
- once the dough rises then once again dust the surface with flour and knead it for futher 4 to 5 min, then grease the loaf pan and add the dough in it, grease it on the top lightly and leave it till it rises again (time varies).
- preheat the oven, grease the dough lightly on the top and bake it on 200c, gas mark 6 and 400f, for 25 minutes or till the top gets brown. (time varies)
- once baked take it out of the baking tin and let it cool down. then cut and serve.
