1: chickpeas 800g (cans)
2: boondi 3 cups (link) (soaked in hot water till gets soft & then drain the water) (Homemade Boondi Recipe)
3: potato 1 large (pealed, boiled with salt)
4: tomato 1 small (deseeded)
5: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
6: green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
8: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
9: chat masala 1 tsp (Homemade Chaat Masala Powder)
10: salt 1 tsp
11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
12: yogurt 500g
13: imli chutney 1/2 cup (Homemade imli Chutney)
For Garnishing:
1: yogurt 3 tbsp
2: imli chutney 2 tbsp
3: onion 1 tbsp
4: tomato 1 tbsp
5: papari
6: chat masala 1/2 tsp
7: coriander 1 tbsp
8: pomegranate 2 tbsp
1: in a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
2: garnish with the ingredients.
