Ingerdients:
1: Eggs (boiled - 20)
2: Onions 8 large
3: Tomatoes 6 medium sized
4: Green chillies 6 to 8
5: Oil / ghee 1/2 cup
6: Salt 1tsp
7: Cumin seeds 2 1/2 tsp
8: Red chilli powder 1tsp
9: Turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: All spices (garam masala) 1tsp
11: Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
1: In a pan, add your oil, onions and wait for the onions to turn soggy/transparent.
2: Once soggy, add your tomatoes and green chillies. Mix well and then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and cumin seeds and mix again.
3: Add half a glass of water. Keep the flame high, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till the tomatoes are cooked.
4: Make sure the boiled eggs are sliced. Add these sliced eggs now. Add fresh coriander and all spices, mix it and cook for a few minutes so that any remaining water dries up and the oil comes to the surface.
