1: oil 2 tbsp
2: mutton mince 1 kg
3: tomatoes 3 medium (finely chopped)
4: tomato puree 3 tbsp
5: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: fresh ginger 2 tsp (crushed)
10: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
For Tempering:
1: oil 1/3 cup or 1/2 cup
2: dry button chilli 12
3: onion seeds 1 tsp (kalongi)
4: curry leave 1 tbsp
5: onions 2 large (finely chopped)
Other Ingredinets:
1: bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)
2: fresh coriander hand full
1: heat oil 2 tbsp add mince tomatoes, tomato puree mix well on high flame.
2: add cumin, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic & ginger paste mix well and cook on high flame for 7 minutes.
3: then add water 1 cup mix well and cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries.
4: now cook the mince further for 7 minutes on high flame and then keep aside.
5: for tempering in a frying pan heat oil add onion seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and then add onions and fry on high flame till gets golden and then transfer it on the mince.
6: then add green chilli, fresh coriander mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
7: serve hot with roti, naan, rice, paratha.
