Ingerdients:
1: Lady fingers (Bhindi) 1Kg
2: Onions 3Large
3: Tomatoes 3Large
4: Green chilli 4
5: Garlic 20pieces (julian cut)
6: Oil less than 1/2 cup
7: Salt 1tsp
8: Turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: Crushed red chilli 1tbsp
10: Cumin seeds 1tbsp
11: Nigella seeds 1tsp heaped
12: All spices 1tsp
13: Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
1: Add oil to a pan and heat it. Add the onions and cook them till they get soft/transparent. Add the lady fingers and mix well. (High flame)
2: Add nigella seeds and cumin seeds, mix well.
3: Add garlic and mix. Add crushed red chilli, salt and turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes (Medium flame).
4: Add tomatoes and cook for further 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes to the surface.
5: Add green chillies, coriander, all spices. Mix well and serve hot.
