Ingerdients:
1: eggs 12
2: suji 1/2 cup (semolina soak in water for 1/2 hour)
3: sugar 2 cups
4: gram flour 1/2 cup
5: khoya 1/2 cup (check the link on the
video)
6: clarified butter 1 1/2 cup (ghee)
7: almonds 15 sliced
8: pistachios 15 sliced
9: desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
10:green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
11:yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1: heat the clarified butter in a heat base pan, add gram flour, green cardamom powder and semolina(drain the water you soaked it in) mix well cook on low flame till gets golden keep stirring.(for 10 to 15 minutes)
2: in a separate bowl add the eggs, sugar mix well keep aside.
3: once the gram flour is cooked, close the flame and add the sugar and egg mixture slowly and keep stirring till all is mixed well.
4: once mixed place the pan on the stove and on the flame to low, keep stirring and add the coconut.
5: cook the eggs till it starts to leave the pan and gets thick, on low flame, keep stirring.(add yellow food colour)
6: add the khoya, almonds, pistachios and mix well.
7: once cooked and leaves the pan, garnish with a little khoya, almonds and pistachios serve hot or cold, enjoy :)
