Ingerdients:
Kofta:
1: mince 1-1/2 kg (mince for kebab)
2: onion 2 large (grind)
3: green chilli 10 (grind)
4: fresh coriander 1-cup
5: garam masala powder 1-tsp
6: red chilli powder 1-tsp
7: salt 1-tsp
8: coriander powder 1 tbs
9: cumin powder 1 tbs
Curry:
1: onions 2 large (grind)
2: tomatoes 3 large (grind)
3: potatoes 9 small ( peel and cut in half)
4: ginger & garlic paste 2-tbs
5: red chilli powder 1-1/2-tsp
6: salt 2-tsp
7: turmeric 1-tsp
8: cumin powder 1-1/2-tsp
9: coriander powder 1-1/2-tsp
10:oil 1-1/2 cup
11:cumin seeds 1-tsp
12:black cardamom 3
13:cinnamon stick 3 small pieces
14:fresh coriander 1/2 cup
15:green chilli 4
16:garam masala powder 1 tbs (levelled)
Recipe:
1: in a bowl add mince, salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander, onion, green chilli mix well.
2: now wet your hands is water so the mince dose not stick to your hands and make balls and keep aside.
3: heat oil in a pot add onion paste, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on high flame.
4: then add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick and fry for a minute.
5: add all the powder spices under curry, tomato paste and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
6: now add the potatoes mix and add water 5 large glass(if u like the curry thick add less water), wait for a boil on high flame.
7: when boils add the koftas and cook for 15 minutes on high flame.
8: garnish it with fresh coriander, green chilli, garam masala powder mix and cook for only 3 minutes more.
9: serve hot.
