Aloo Keema Mutter
Ingerdients:
- Mince 1KG
- Potatoes 2 Large peeled/cubed
- Frozen peas 1cup
- Ginger (Fresh) 2inch thinly chopped
- Onions 1 large sliced
- Tomatoes 2 medium sized sliced
- Ginger and garlic paste 1tbs
- Crushed red chilli 1tbs
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp heeped
- Coriander powder (dhania) 1tbs
- Cumin seeds (zeera) 1tbs
- Turmeric powder (haldi)1/2 tsp
- Salt 1tsp heeped
- All spices (Garam masala) 1tsp
- Coriander fresh (dhania) 1/2 bunch
- Green chillies (hari mirch) 4 sliced
- Oil OR Ghee 1/4 cup
- Water 2cups
Recipe:
- In a pan add Oil, onions, ginger & garlic paste. Fry till lightly golden brown.
- Add mince. Cook till it changes colour & the mince water entirely drys (high flame).
- Once water drys and oil oozes out, add tomatoes and fresh ginger.
- Add crushed chilli, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt & coriander powder, mix it well and do taste if chilli OR salt is needed more (high flame) cook till tomatoes are reduced and masala is made.
- Add potatoes and peas mix it well.
- Add 2cups of water and cook on low to medium heat and let the water dry till potatoes and peas are cooked.
- Once water drys add garam masala, fresh coriander, green chillies (flame should be high by now)
- Cook for 2mins and serve hot.
