Ingerdients:
1: puff pastry 500g (check the link on the video or get ready made or click
here)
2: pizza sauce 1cup (check the link on the video or use ready made or click
here)
3: cheddar cheese 2 cups(grated)
4: dried oregano 1 tsp
5: baking tray and baking paper
Recipe:
(preheat oven 200c, 400f, gas mark 6)
1: roll the puff pastry 1/4 inch, cut the sides for straight edges.
2: spread the pizza sauce, add the cheese, oregano and roll both sides in wards.
3: cut the pastry how thick or thin you like.
4: place the cut pieces on the baking tray.
5: bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or till golden and crisp.
6: serve hot.
Note: if the pastry is cut thin then enjoy it as biscuits, once cooled but if like a snack then cut thick pieces, thin pieces get baked fast (for more flavour and spicy sprinkle crushed red chilli as well in the filling)
