For Pizza Dough:
1: plain flour 4 cups
2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: sugar 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: dry active yeast 2 tsp
5: oil 4 tbsp (2tbsp extra for kneading)
6: warm water 1 & 3/4 cup
For Filling:
1: sweet corn 1 can 326g (drained)
2: mushrooms 2 cans 290g each (drained & chopped)
3: olives 15 (sliced)
4: bell pepper 1 medium (chopped)
5: cheddar cheese 1 cup (grated)
6: grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup ( mozzarella cheese video)
7: pizza sauce 8 tbsp (pizza sauce link in the video) or tomato paste or puree
8: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
9: oregano 2 tbsp
10:chicken breast 1 large (boiled with 1 tsp salt and shredded)
For Frying:
1: oil 10 to 15 tbsp (for frying the paratha)
For Making Dough:
1: in a large bowl add plain flour, salt, sugar, yeast mix well.
2: then add oil mix, slowly add warm water to make dough, cover and keep aside for 2 hours or till the dough doubles in size.
3: mix all the ingredients under filling (not the pizza sauce & oil).
4: once the dough is doubled in size, punch it so that the air is released.
5: divide the dough in 4, make balls.
6: dust the surface with little flour and roll.
7: spread pizza sauce 2 tbsp add the filling, seal well, and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
8: heat a flat pan.
9: flatten the filled dough with your hands, then roll it.
10: grease the pan with oil 1 tsp, place the paratha and cook for 2 & 1/2 minutes, on low to medium flame, grease the paratha with 2 tbsp oil and turn, cook the other side for 2 & 1/2 minutes.
11: cut in slices and serve hot, enjoy.
