For Chicken Topping:
1: chicken boneless 1 cup (cut in small pieces)
2: tandoori masala powder 1/2 tbsp
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
4: yogurt 1 tbsp
5: oil 2 tbsp
For Assembling:
1: fries 1 plate
2: mozzarella cheese 2 cups (grated)
3: Cheddar cheese 2 (grated)
4: Pizza sauce 1 cup
5: Onion 1 small chopped)
6: bell pepper 1 small (chopped)
7: black olives 15 (sliced)
8: jalapeños 20 (pieces)
9: salt 1/4 tsp
10: red chilli crushed 1 tsp
11: oregano 1 tbsp
Preheat Oven 180c, 350f, gas mark4.
1: fry the chips and place it on a foil tray.
2: in a bowl mix chicken, ginger & garlic paste, tandoori powder, yogurt mix well.
3: heat oil add the chicken and cook till done.
4: assemble it as in the video and bake for 10 minutes till the cheese melt.
5: serve hot with drinks and enjoy :)
