For Filling:
1: chicken boneless 1/2 kg (cut is very small pieces)
2: oil 2 tbsp
3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: garlic 2 tsp (grated)
5: green chilli 3 (chopped)
6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp (levelled)
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
10: coriander powder 1 tsp
11: cumin powder 1 tsp
12: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
13: sweet corn 3 tbsp
14: bellpepper 1 small (finely chopped)
15: black olives 8 (sliced)
16: mushrooms 5 tbsp (finely chopped)
17: oregano 1 tsp
18: tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
19: pizza sauce 4 tbsp
To Assamble:
1: buns
2: mayonnaise
3: mozzarella
4: cheese slices
5: pizza sauce
6: oregano
7: crushed red chilli
8: black olives
9: pepperoni
10: jalapeno
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
2: add chicken and fry till changes colour.
3: then add black pepper, salt, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder mix and add water 1/2 cup, cover and cook on low to medium till the water dries and the chicken is tender.
4: now add onion, sweet corn, bell pepper, olives, mushrooms, oregano, tomato ketchup, pizza sauce mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes, then leave to cool completely.
5: spread mayonnaise on the buns add the filling, cheese, a pinch of crushed red chilli, oregano, cover the bun and spread pizza sauce, cheese, olives, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, pepperoni, oregano, crushed red chilli and place it i a hot grill, oven or use a frying pan to melt the cheese.
6: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
