1: whipping cream 500g
2: sweetened condensed milk 397g
3: pistachio 1/4 cup (crushed)
4: green food colour 1/4 tsp
1: beat cream till thick.
2: add the food colour mix, then add the sweetened condensed milk and beat till combined.
3: add the pistachio and mix it.
4: transfer the mixture in a container & sprinkle little more pistachio, cover it with cling wrap, cover with the lid and freeze for 7 to 8 hours.
5: when ready to serve, take out from the freezer and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
6: serve and enjoy.
