Ingerdients:
1: Condensed Milk 200g
2: Milk Powder 200g
3: Desi Ghee 2 Tbs
4: Green Cardamom powder 1/2 Ts
5: Pistachio 10-12 Garnishing
6: Yellow food colour 1/4 Ts (Mix with Tbs of water)
Recipe:
1: Melt the ghee in a pan.
2: Then add the condensed milk. Mix the Ghee and condensed milk together so that it becomes one mixture. Then add green cardamom powder & yellow food colouring.
3: Now add the dry milk powder, mix well & cook on low flame. do NOT over cook it due to it becoming dry therefore you will not be able to make the peras.
4: Leave it to cool slightly, then grease your palms slightly & make the peras in round balls with the help of your thumb pressing in the middle of the ball & place a pistachio in the centre. ( DO THE SAME WITH THE REST OF THE MIXER)
