Ingerdients:
1: 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
2: 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3: 1 tablespoon salt
4: 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
5: 1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
6: 2 kg chicken wings
7: 1/4 cup peanut butter
8: 1/4 cup strawberry jam
9: 1/4 cup vinegar
10: 2 tablespoons soy sauce
11: 1 tablespoon sesame oil
12: 4 cloves garlic, crushed
13: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli
14: 1 tbs chili sauce
15: 4 jalapeño pepper sour chopped
Recipe:
1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F ,220 degrees C, gas mark 7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2: Whisk peanut butter, jam, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, crushed red chilli, and chilli sauce in a large bowl. Set aside.
3:Whisk mashed potato flakes, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large shallow bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
4:Place coated chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn wings over using tongs, and return to oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
5:Transfer chicken wings to the peanut pepper jelly mixture; toss to coat. Return chicken wings to baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
