Ingerdients:
1: paya 20 (baby lamb)
2: onion large 4 (sliced)
3: tomatoes 6 large (chopped) OPTIONAL.
4: ginger & garlic paste 3 tbs
5: red chilli powder 1&1/2 tbs
6: salt 1&1/2 tbs
7: turmeric 1 tsp
8: coriander powder 2tbs
9: cumin seeds 1 tbs
10:cloves 1 tbs
11:cinnamon stick 1 large piece
12:ghee 1&1/2 cup
13:water 2 large glasses
14:water 12 glasses
15:garam masala powder 1 tbs
16:green chilli 4
Recipe:
1: add the paya in the pressure cooker, onions, ginger & garlic paste, 2 glass of water and all the spices mix well and cover with the lid and put the weight cook on high flame (you can also cook them in simple handi).
2: when the weight moves and steam is built time it for 20 minutes.
3: then remove the weight and allow the steam to release (please leave the kitchen at this time).
4: add the tomatoes and cook on high flame till the tomatoes get soft and mushy.
5: then add ghee and cook for 3 minutes on high flame.
6: now add water 12 glasses and lock the cooker again and put the weight on, when the weight starts to move time it
again for 30 minutes.
7: after 30 minutes move the weight and let the steam to release (leave the kitchen once again), open the lid.
8: then add garam masala powder mix well.
9: garnish it with green chilli serve hot with naan.
