Ingerdients:
1: sugar 500g
2: semolina 500g
3: ghee 300g
4: desiccated coconut 1cup
5: phool makhane 2 cup (fox nuts)
6: pistachios 1/2 cup
7: melon seeds 1/2 cup (charmagaz)
8: raisins 1/2 cup (kishmish)
9: gond 3/4 cup (gum arabic)
10:cashew nuts 1/2 cup
11:almonds 1/2 cup
12:green Cardamom powder 1 tsp heaped
Recipe:
1: in a pan add 1 tbs ghee heat it and fry the almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts till golden, on medium flame, and once fried remove them and keep in a large bowl.
2: add again 1 tbs of ghee and fry the gond, till changes colour to white and fluffy, remove and place with the nuts, and the ghee in the pan as well.
3: now wipe the pan clean, and add 2 tbs of ghee, fry the phool makhane till gets golden colour, remove and place with the nuts.
4: add 1tbs ghee and fry the melon seed till golden, remove and place with the nuts.
5: again add 1 tbs ghee and fry the raisins and keep this in a separate bowl.
6: now add the remaining ghee in the pan, then add the semolina, green Cardamom powder mix well and cook on low flame please make sure that it dose not burn or go golden, roast it for good 10 to 15 minutes.
7: then add the raisins mix it, keep it a side till it completely gets cold.
8: once the semolina is cold, then add the sugar & desiccated coconut mix well.
9: now grind all the fried nuts coarsely, and also mix it in the semolina.
10: mix all the ingredients well, and eat when ever you like, keep in air tight jar.
