For Filling:
1: paneer 400g (grated)
2: fresh coriander 1/4 cup
3: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
4: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
5: chat masala powder 1 tsp
6: mango powder 1 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 tsp
To Make Paratha:
1: dough (make dough and add little salt)
2: oil
1: mix all the ingredients under filling.
2: heat the flat pan.
3: with the dough make balls, flatten the sides as shown in the video, roll it add the filling and seal it by gathering the edges into the centre.
4: flatten it using a rolling pin.
5: fry the parathas, cook one side then flip it, now add oil and fry till golden on both sides.
6: serve hot and enjoy.
