1: 200g paneer cut in cubes
2: 1 capsicum diced
3: 1 onion diced
4: 1 tomato diced (remove pulp)
5: 1/2 tsp butter
6: 2 tbsp thick yogurt
7: 1/2 cup fresh cream
8: 4 green chillies paste
9: 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
10:1/2 tsp lime juice
11:1 tsp red chilli powder
12:1/2 tsp black pepper powder
13:1/2 tsp garam masala powder
14:2 tsp tikka masala
15:1/2 tsp chaat masala
16:1/2 tsp honey
17:1/4ts salt
18:2 tsp oil for brushing
1: In a bowl add curd, fresh cream, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste,salt, lime juice, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, tikka masala, honey and butter, mix all the ingredients evenly.
2: Add paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes, coat them with the marination.
3: Keep this marination in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4: Soak the wooden skewers in the warm water.
5: Arrange all the marinated vegetables in each skewer in the sequence of capsicum-paneer-tomato-onion.
6: Drizzle some oil on top of the veggies.
7: Preheat the oven to 230c, 450f, gas mark 8 and bake the tikkas for 15-17 minutes or until they are cooked properly on the edges.
8: Place the paneer malai tikka on the plate and sprinkle some chaat masala.
9: Serve hot with green chutney.
