For Marination:
1: paneer 500g pack (ready made cottage cheese cubes)
2: lemon juice 3 to 4 tbs
3: cumin powder 1/2 ts
4: crsuhed black pepper 1 ts
For Curry:
1: bell peppers 3 small any color (cut in cubes)
2: tomatoes 4 medium (cut in cubes)
3: chillie sauce 1cup
4: ketchup 1 cup
5: green chillies 4 (sliced )
6: lemon juice 2 tbs
7: crushed red chillies 11/2 ts
8: crushed black pepper 1 ts
9: ginger and garlic paste 1 tbs
10:nigella seeds 1ts
11:salt 1ts
12:cumin powder 1ts
13:oil 1 cup
1: in a bowl add the paneer, lemon juice, cumin powder, black pepper crushed mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2: heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer till gets a little golden color, then take it out and keep aside.
3: in the same pan add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, crushed red chillies, crushed black pepper, cumin powder, chillie sauce, ketchup mix well and cook on high flame, only till the tomatoes get soft (but should not loose its shape).
4: then add the paneer, salt, lemon juice, bell peppers mix well, cover and cook on low to medium flame for 2 minutes only.
5: then add the nigella seeds, green chillies, mix it well.
6: serve hot with naan, roti enjoy :)
