1: heat oil add black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: now add green chillies, tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli, salt mix and cook on high flame till the oil separates.
3: add chicken mix and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour, then add 1 cup of water and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates.
4: once the chicken is cooked add the boiled and blended spinach and mustard leaves mixture, mix well add fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder mix and simmer on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes.
5: garnish with green chillies.
6: serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha, Rice.
