Ingerdients:
1: Plain Digestives biscuites 250g
2: Butter 100g
3: Jar of Nutella 400g (small jar)
4: Cream Cheese 500g
5: Icing Sugar 1/2 cup
6: Hazelnuts 10 to 15 crushed/chopped
Recipe:
1.Crush the biscuits, in the melted butter add one table spoon of Nutella, mix well and add in the crushed biscuits, mix once again.
2. Now add the crushed biscuits mixture in the cake tin and press firmly all the sides and middle and keep in the fridge for 15 mins or so to set.
3. Now in a bowl, add cream cheese, powder sugar and whisk an electric whisk till it gets thick. Once thick, add all the remaining Nutella from the 400g jar and whisk again till thick and all combined.
4. Now add all the cream mixture on the biscuits base and spread evenly.
5. Garnish with chopped hazel nuts, cover and leave it in fridge over night or 8 hours.
6. Serve and enjoy.
