For Kabab:
1: garlic 15 cloves
2: green chilli 6
3: ginger 3 inch piece
4: onion 1 large
5: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
8: coriander seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted)
9: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted)
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: salt 1 tsp
12: mutton mince 1 kg
13: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
14: fresh mint 2 tbsp
15: raw papaya paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
1: in a chopper add garlic, green chilli, ginger, onion, fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, coriander, cumin, garam masala powder, salt and grind till blends well.
2: add fresh coriander, mint grind once again.
3: mx mince and papaya paste mix and leave it for 2 hours.(you can add 4 to 5 Tbsp of water)
4: now add the mince in the chopper and grind till gets smooth and mixed well.
5: now wet your palms and make the kababs as shown in the video.
6: heat oil and add the kababs and fry for 8 to 10 minutes on both sides on medium flame.
7: serve hot with puri paratha, paratha, mint chutney.
