Ingerdients:
1: mutton 1 kg
2: salt 1 tsp
3: yogurt 1 cup
4: coriander powder 1 tbs
5: garam masala powder 1 tsp
6: lemon juice 2 tbs
7: cumin powder 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: fried onions 1 cup(ready made)
10:kewra water 1 1/2 tbs
11:ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
12:cashew nuts 15 (crushed)
13:cream 3tbs
14:turmeric 1/2 tsp
15:green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp.
16:mint leaves 2 tbs
17:oil/ghee 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: marinate: chicken, onions, green cardamom powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin, salt, red chilli, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, yogurt mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
2: heat ghee in a pan add the meat with the marination, water 3cups mix and cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is cooked and the water dries(can add more water if required to cook the meat).
3: once the ghee comes on the surface and meat cooked add kewra water, cream, cashew nuts(leave a bit for garnishing) mix well and flame on high.
4: then add the mint mix.
5: garnish with the remaining chaw nuts and serve hot with naan.
