For Pakora:
1: gram flour 2 cup (i used 250ml)(besan)
2: red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
3: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: potatoes 1 cup (finely sliced)
7: spring onion 1/2 cup
8: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)
9: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
10: carrots 2 medium (grated)
11: onion 1 medium (finely sliced)
12: bell pepper 1 medium (finely sliced)
13: cabbage 1 cup
14: baking soda 1/4 tsp
15: fresh coriander handful
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under pakora and mix well.
2: now add water 1/2 cup and mix again by mixing with firm hands, then add baking soda.
3: heat oil.
4: add the pakora mixture in small pieces as shown in the video and fry on medium flame till gets golden and crisp, do not flip for a least a minute or 2 then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
