Ingerdients:
1: Mutton 1/2 kg
2: Green chilies 1/2 kg
3: Oil 1 cup
4: Lemons 2
5: Onion 3
6: Curry leaves few
7: Turmeric 1 tsp
8: Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
9: Nigella seeds 1 tsp
10: Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
11: Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
12: Salt 1 tsp
13: fresh coriander leaves 2 tbs
14: yogurt 1 cup
15: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
1: Take oil in the pan and add 3 chopped onion and fry them till they are golden brown.
2: Add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, nigella seeds,cumin powder, red chilli and meat mix well cover and cook on low to medium.
3: When the water of the meat dries, add yogurt and cook till the yogurt dries now add 2 cups of water and cook on low to medium till the meat is completely cooked, fry the green chillies and keep a side.
4: When the meat is cooked add in black pepper, fries green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves & lemon juice mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
