1: moong dal powder 1 cup
2: baking soda 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: yogurt 1 kg
4: powder sugar 1 cup
5: chat masala powder 1 tsp
6: water 6 cups (warm)
7: salt 1 tbsp
8: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add moong dal powder, water and mix well, leave it for 15 minutes.
2: then add baking powder and mix well.
3: heat oil.
4: add the batter and fry till golden on medium flame, then place it on paper towel, leave to cool.
5: then mix water, salt and soak the phulki, till soft.
6: mix yogurt, powder sugar mix well.
7: squeeze the water and place in serving dish, top it with the yogurt mix, sprinkle chat masala, keep it in the fridge.
8: serve chilled and enjoy.
