Mince:
1: Onion 2 large boiled in 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp turmeric (grind to a paste)
2: Salt 1 tsp
3: Red Chilli powder 1 ts
4: Ginger & garlic 1 tbs
5: Garam masala powder 1 ts
6: Oil 1/2 cup
7: Yogurt whipped 1 cup
8: Butter 110g
9: Coconut milk powder 3 tbs
10:Tomatoes 3 chopped
11:Green chilli chopped 2
12:Ginger Julian 2 tbs
13:coal 1 piece
1: in a pan add onion, water, turmeric and boil till the onions get transparent, then grind it to a paste.
2: marinate the mince with ginger & garlic paste, red chilli, garam masala, salt, coriander, cumin, egg and bread slices soaked in water(squeeze the water out) mix well and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
3: then make the seekh kababs and pan fry on low to medium till gets a nice golden colour then heat coal and add to the kababs to give a bbq flavour.
4: heat oil and butter in a pan and add the grinded onion paste, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden then add the tomatoes, salt, red chilli, garam masala, yogurt and fry well on low to medium flame.
5: then add the fried kababs, cook on low flame till the oil comes on surface.
6: lastly add the diluted coconut milk with little water, green chilli, julienne ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
7: serve hot with naan.
