For Making Kofta:
1: mutton mince 1/2 kg
2: peanuts 3 tsp
3: cumin seeds 2 tsp
4: sesame seeds 2 tsp
5: button red chilli 8
6: salt 1 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
8: egg 1
9: onions 2 medium
To Make Masala:
1: onions 2 large (grind to a paste)
2: yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: lemon juice 1 tbsp
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
8: coriander powder 1 tbsp
9: curry leaves 9
10: green chilli 3
11: fresh coriander handful
12: oil1/2 cup
13: garam masla powder 1 tsp
To Make Kofta:
1: dry roast cumin seeds, sesame seeds, button red chilli, peanuts, then grind them ta a powder.
2: in a chopper add onion, mince, ginger & garlic paste, grinned powder mixture, blend till combined.
3: transfer the mince mixture in a bowl add egg mix well, wet your palms with water and make balls, keep aside.
To Make Masala:
1: heat oil add curry leaves, grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on high flame.
2: then add chat masala, salt, lemon juice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well, cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
3: then add water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame and then add the koftas, cover and cook on low flame till the water dries and koftas cooked.
4: add coriander leaves, green chilli, garam masala powder, mix.
5: serve hot with naan, roti and enjoy.
