Ingerdients:
1: white fish fillet 1kg (frozen and defrosted)
2: lemon juice 5tbs
3: red chilli powder 1 tsp
4: turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
5: chat masala 1 tsp
6: egg 1
7: salt 1 tsp
8: garlic paste 1tbs
9: coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
10:garam masala powder 1 tsp
11:corn flour 4 to 5 tbs
12:oil for frying
Recipe:
1: in a bowl add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE CORN FLOUR) mix well.
2: add the fish pieces in the marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
3: heat the oil in a pan.
4: now sprinkle the corn flour on the fish pieces on both sides and fry till gets golden, on medium flame.
5: once fried place the fish on paper towel to drain extra oil, sprinkle chat masala on the fish.
6: serve hot.
