Ingerdients:
1: almonds 1 cup
2: powder sugar 1 cup (a little extra to dust)
3: vanilla essence 3 drops
4: almond essence 3 drops
Recipe:
1: boil water and add almonds, boil for good 5 minutes, remove the skin.
2: in a chopper add the almonds and chop till grounds well.
3: then add the powder sugar and on the chopper till looks like a dough.
4: add the vanilla, almond essence and on again.
5: now place 3 tbs of sugar powder on a plate and remove the almond mix from the chopper and place it on the sugar and mix to make it neat ball.
6: keep in air tight bag, make sure they is no air in it, and keep in the fridge and use for 7 months.
