1: hung curd 6 tbsp
2: mango puree 2 cups
3: lemon juice 2 tbsp
4: vanilla essences 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: vanilla custard 6 tbsp or (mango)
6: milk 1/2 cup
7: milk 3 & 1/2 cup
8: sugar 6 & 1/2 tbsp
9: cream 200ml
1: in a bowel add hung curd, mango puree, lemon juice, vanilla mix well and keep it in the fridge.
2: mix custard and milk in a bowel.
3: in a pan add milk, sugar and wait for a boil on high flame.
4: then add the custard mixture and cook till gets thick on medium to high flame.
5: leave the custard to cool completely.
6: beat the cream.
7: now add the custard to the cream and mix well, now add the mango mixture and mix once again till combined.
8: garnish it with some whipped cream or fruit.
9: serve chilled.
