For Salad:
1: kidney beans 1 cup
2: green beans 1 cup (cut in small pieces & boil in water for 10 minutes with 1/2 tsp salt)
3: mangos 2 large (cut in cubes)
4: onion 1 large (chopped)
5: sweet corn 1 & 1/2 cup
6: bell pepper 1 cup (chopped)
7: lettuce 2 cups
8: roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
9: sesame seeds 1 tsp
For Dressing:
1: mango juice 1 cup
2: black pepper powder 1 tsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: mustard paste 1 tsp
5: honey 2 tbsp
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under dressing, mix well.
2: in a bowl add all vegetables, mango, dressing and mix well.
3: serve chilled with bbq, bugers, sandwiches or on its own.
