For Marination:
1: mutton 1 kg
2: thick yogurt 1 cup
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
For Curry:
1: onions 2 large (grind)
2: coconut milk 1/2 cup
3: almonds 15 (grind with little milk)
4: gram flour 2 tbsp (dry roasted)
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: green chilli 6 (finely chopped)
7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: bay leaves 2
11: oil 1/2 cup
12: fresh coriander handful
1: marinate meat with the ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
2: heat oil add onion, bay leaves fry on high flame till changes colour.
3: now add ginger & garlic paste, green chilli, marinated meat mx and cook on high flame till changes colour.
4: then add salt, turmeric, garlic chilli sauce, coconut milk, almond grinned, gram flour mix well and add water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat it tender and oil comes on surface.
5: now add fresh coriander mix.
6: serve hot with Naan or Roti.
