Recipe:
in a bowl separate the egg yolk, then add the sugar, butter, lemon juice, yellow food color mix it well.
now use a double boiler to cook the lemon and egg mixture, keep whisking or the egg yolk will get (scrambled).
once it gets thick keep it aside to cool it down, then keep this in the fridge for 15 minutes, and then mix it once again and spoon it on the sweet paste and garnish it with the glazed cherries. enjoy :)
