1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 16 pieces)
2: thick greek yogurt 2 cups (i use 250ml cup)
3: unsalted butter 30g
4: oil 1/2 cup
5: Ginger and Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
6: lemon juice 1/4 cup
7: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
8: crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)
11: lemon slices 4
12: green chilli 2 (sliced)
13: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
1: heat oil and melt butter and add ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till changes colour.
2: then add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
3: now add salt, black pepper, crushed red chilli mix and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.
4: then add the yogurt, lemon juice mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and oil comes on surface.
5: now add green chilli, ginger, lemon slices, coriander mix and cover, keep on simmer for few minutes.
6: serve hot with Roti or Naan.
