Ingerdients:
1: readymade sponge flan cake 200g each (3)
2: double cream 3 cups (chilled)
3: mix fruit tin 410g (1 drained)
4: powder sugar 1 & 1/2 cup
5: marshmallow white as many required for decoration
6: marshmallow pink 2
7: vanilla essence 1tbs
8: black food color
Recipe:
1: crumble one cake.
2: beat cream, sugar and vanilla till gets thick.
3: place one cake and add the crumbled cake press down.
4: add the fruit, spread evenly and spread cream.
5: place the other on top and press slightly.
6: cover thre cake with the cream.
7: decorate the cake with white marshmallow.
8: cut the pink marshmallow from the sides to give it a ear shape.
9: use the black food color to make eyes and mouth.
10:keep in fridge till ready to serve.
