1: okra 500kg (bhindi) (wash and wipe it well & then slices them)
2: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: ginger powder 1/2 tsp
6: garlic powder 1 tsp
7: coriander seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: lovage seeds 1/2 tsp (ajwain) (optional)
9: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
10: chat masala 1 tsp
11: rice flour 2 tbsp
12: gram flour 3/4 cup
1: mix the okra with all the spices.
2: then add rice flour, gram flour mix well.
3: heat oil.
4: add the okra and fry till gets crisp on high flame, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with rice, dal.
