For Khao Suey:
1: beef 1 kg (sirloin steak cut in thin strips)
2: spaghetti 1/2 kg packet (boiled with salt 1 tbsp)
3: carrots 2 medium (peeled and cut in thin strips)
4: cabbage 2 cups (Finley sliced)
5: bell pepper 1 large (sliced)
6: bean sprouts 2 cups
7: spring onion 3 (chopped)
8: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
9: korma readymade masala powder 2 tbsp (i used shaan brand)
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
12: salt 1/2 tsp
13: onion 1 medium (finely sliced)
14: yogurt 1 cup
15: oil 1/2 cup
For Serving:
1: chips 2 cups
2: boiled eggs 3 (cut in small pieces)
3: garlic 3 pieces (finely sliced & fried)
4: onion 1 small (finely sliced & fried)
5: garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
7: bullet green chilli 1 (sliced)
8: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
9: lemon wedges 1
1: heat oil and fry the onions till golden, on high flame.
2: add beef and cook till the oil comes on the surface, on low to medium.
3: now add ginger & garlic paste, korma masala, red chilli, turmeric, salt, yogurt mix well, cook till the oil comes on the surface, on medium flame.
4: add the veggies, mix and then the spaghetti mix well.
5: to serve: place the Khao Suey, chips, boiled eggs, fried garlic, fried onion, green chilli, garam masala powder, crushed red chilli, coriander, lemon wedges.
6: serve hot and enjoy.
