1: 450g dates (pitted)
2: 200g butter
3: 1/2 cup condensed milk
4: 1/2 ts cardamom powder
5: 1 cup powdered milk
6: 1/2 cup pistachios
7: 1/2 cup sliced almonds
8: 1/2 cup melon seeds
9: 1/2 cup raisins
10:4-5 TBsps. coconut powder
1: Finely chop dates and set aside.
2: Melt butter in a heavy bottomed pan on medium-low heat.
3: Add dates and stir until the dates start to dissolve.
4: Add condensed milk, cardamom and powdered milk, mix well.
5: Add pistachios, almonds, melon seeds and raisins, mixing until heated through.
6: grease a pan and add the mixture, spread evenly and sprinkle the coconut all over and leave it to set.
7: cut in pieces and serve.
