1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in 1 to 2 inch)
2: onions 1 large (finely chopped)
3: butter 50g
4: oil 1/2 cup
5: lemon juice 4 tbs
6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
7: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
8: crushed red chilli 1&1/2 tsp
9: cumin seeds 1 tbs (dry roasted and crushed)
10:salt 1 tsp
11:roasted gram 2 tbs
12:almonds 2 tbs
13:cheese slices as many required for garnishing
14: fresh coriander hand full
1: grind the roasted gram, almonds with little milk or water to a paste.
2: marinate the chicken with lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, black pepper, red chilli, salt, cumin and the grinded paste mix well cover and keep in fridge for 1/2 to 1 hour.
3: heat oil and butter add the onions and fry till gets soft on high flame.
4: add the chicken with the marination, water 1 glass mix and wait for boil on high flame, then lower the flame to low to medium and cook till the water dries and the oil comes on the surface.
5: then add the coriander mix well.
6: when serving cut the cheese slices and garnish.
7: serve hot with naan.
