1: cashew nuts 1 cup
2: sugar 1/3 cup
3: pistachio 1/3 cup
4: almond 1/3 cup
5: powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
6: milk 2 to 3 tsp
7: green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
8: green food colour 1/4 tsp
9: ghee 3 tsp (and a 1 tsp more for greasing)
1: grind the almonds & pistachios.
2: transfer the grounded almonds and pistachios in a bowl with powder sugar, green cardamom, milk and food colour mix, now mix well til combined, keep aside.
3: grind the cashew nuts in powder and sieve it, if any large pieces left, then grind them again and sieve them.
4: in a frying pan add sugar, water and cook on low flame till the sugar dissolves.
5: now add the grinned cashew nuts, ghee mix and cook on low flame till the mixture leaves then pan & gets thick, to test if it is cooked enough, take a little pieces of the cooked cashew nut and check if it holds its shape it is done (but do not over cook it).
6: then keep this mixture in a separate bowl to cool slightly, mix it so it cools.
7: place a baking paper on the table, grease it slightly, place the cashew mixture, cover it with other greased baking paper, roll it thin, but not to thin (it should be as thick as a roti).
8: now take the pistachio mixture divide it in two parts and roll in as shown in the video.
9: then take one rolled pistachio roll and place it on the cashew nut mixture roll it together as in the video, cover and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
10: cut in 2 inch pieces.
11: serve and enjoy.
NOTE: can store in fridge for 1 to 2 weeks in air tight container.
