1: fresh mint (podina) 1 bunch
2: imli water 1 cup (soak 100g in water)
3: garlic 4 pieces
4: red chilli powder 1ts
5: salt 1ts
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted, crushed)
7: sugar (as much required)
8: yogurt (as much required)
1: in a blender add mint, garlic, red chilli, salt, cumin, imli and grind to a paste.
2: serve with biryani, pokora.
Note: can also make this sweet by adding powder sugar, or with yogurt.
