For Marination:
1: chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
2: yogurt 1 cup
3: tomato puree 3 tbsp
4:fried onions 1/2 cup
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
9: cumin 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: food colour red 1/4 tsp
For Masala:
1: black cumin seeds 1 tsp
2: green chilli 6
3: curry leaves 30
4: oil 1/2 cup
5: fresh mint 1/2 cup
1: marinate the chicken with the ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 2 hours.
2: heat oil add black cumin, curry leaves, green chilli fry for 1 minute.
3: now add the marinated chicken mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is cooked and the oil comes on the surface.
4: add fresh mint mix well.
5: serve hot and enjoy.
