1: large lemons 4 (washed & wipe)
2: salt 1/4 cup
3: black peppercorns 1/3 cup
1: slice the lemons as thin as possible.
2: place it on a tray, cover it with a muslin cloth and keep in sun light and dry till gets crisp and has no moister.
3: place the sliced lemon on a baking tray and bake it on low heat 110c, 225f, gas mark 1, till dry and becomes crips (or) you can peel the lemons and place them on a baking tray and bake till gets crisp. (if you are just using lemon peels then use 10 large lemons).
4: grind the lemons and sieve it.
5: grind the black pepper corn.
6: mix the lemon powder, black pepper powder and salt, mix well.
7: store in a air tight container.
NOTE: you can use this for marination, chicken, meat.
